WMF 9000 S+ Bean-to-cup Automatic Coffee Machine

The WMF 9000 S+ high-performance fully automated coffee machine has a peak output of up to 350 cups per hour and can make a wide variety of coffee specialities to a professional standard in a matter of minutes. Thanks to its new, innovative operating concept and display, the WMF 9000 S+ can be used in self-service settings and by service personnel – making it ideal for luxury hotels, high-footfall train station cafés, petrol stations and bakeries. What’s more, it can handle the whole spectrum of hot and cold beverage specialities, ranging from coffee, milk and tea to chocolate-based varieties.
The electronically adjustable, high-performance grinders and the heavy-duty brewer ensure that the machine remains durable and suitable for daily use, as does the easy, quick and fully automatic cleaning system. Thanks to the clean-in-place milk system cleaning method, the machine is always HACCP-compliant.
All the components work in perfect harmony, meaning that the WMF 9000 S+ is incredibly easy to use, requires little maintenance and boasts an extra-long service life. This makes it an incredibly reliable machine carrying the coveted “made in Germany” label.

Dynamic Milk
Dynamic Milk is a patented milk system that makes it possible to create four different consistencies for hot milk foam and three variations for cold milk foam as well as hot and cold milk.

The patented SteamJet system from WMF can bring any cup to the perfect temperature in no time. For the ultimate in coffee quality.
Hot water control

* Output is determined using a machine with a constant water supply and is dependent on cup size, quality settings, spout, model and nominal power rating. The recommended maximum daily capacity is based on our catalogued service concept. However, these average values serve merely as a guideline. Milk and steam systems
Create professional coffee experiences in no time, to your exact preferences, with the WMF milk and steam systems. The WMF 9000 S+ is available with the following milk and steam systems: DYNAMIC MILK – fully automatic preparation of hot and cold milk and milk foam beverages. EASY STEAM – uses a semi-automatic steam wand equipped with a temperature sensor. When a preset temperature is reached, the system switches itself off. AUTO STEAM – with the separate steam wand, the milk foam density can be customised for each of your individual coffee creations.

WMF CoffeeConnect provides you with the option to collect valuable machine data. Wherever you are, you can obtain an overview of your sales figures and current service information at any time. You will receive warnings which will let you know if you are running low on consumables or if maintenance is required. What’s more, thanks to the system’s bidirectional design, you can send tailored promotional offers from your desk directly to the display of a selected machine. The basic functions are available to you free of charge. WMF CoffeeConnect collects, analyses and processes data about your coffee machines, enabling you to optimise processes, reduce service costs and boost your sales.
